gain control of target permanent graveyard library remove from game

if i gain control of target permanent/creature and it has to go to graveyard or library or exile does it go to my library/graveyard/remove game zone, or does it go to the owners zone?

owners. here is the apropriate rule:

400.3. If an object would go to any library, graveyard, or hand other than its owner's, it goes to its owner's corresponding zone.

109.1. An object is an ability on the stack, a card, a copy of a card, a token, a spell, or a permanent.
