Question regarding mana tap ability.

If I were to have Sludge Strider (Conflux) - Gatherer - Magic: The Gathering which makes it so when I play an artifact I can tap one colorless mana, an opponent loses a life and I gain a life. I play Akroma's memorial, could I tap 3 mana to gain 3 life and the opponent loses 3 for that one artifact played? Reason being, it doesn't specify that I can only play it once per turn.

You can use this abilty once per artifact entering/leaving play

You cannot tap 3 mana and activate this abilty 3 times for a single artifact, since its not a standard activated ability but rather a conditional ability with a prequesite attached to it.

But other then that yeah you can use it as many times you want in the same turn for each artifact that enters/leaves play.
