    short answer: no
long answer: you can never regenerate after something has died, you have to do it before it dies (though you can do it while whats going to kill it is on the stack). once you regenerate, until the end of the turn, or until it would be destroyed, there is a "regeneration bubble". Basically its a delayed replacement effect, which replaces the creature being destroyed with removing all damage from it(so that if it was going to die from damage the damage isn't still there after wards). But when a creature is sacrificed its never destroyed and thus the replacement effect doesn't apply. It also doesn't apply if its toughness is reduced to 0 (by a -x/-x effect), if its removed from the game, if the card says it cant regenerate, or on older cards if the term "bury" is used.
