There was this enchantment that had an ability something like "enchanted creature is all creature types" am trying to remember the name but cant anybody know what card I am talking about and what set is it from

Sounds like the changeling ability, cant think of any enchantment that grants that ability though

The artifact equipment you're thinking of is called "Runed Stalactite." It's a great card for a specific creature type deck. Slivers for example. Runed Stalactite (Lorwyn) - Gatherer - Magic: The Gathering
