How many of each type of cards are in a MTG deck

Was wondering, how many cards of each type should I put in my decks? Like how many enchantments, creatures, lands, artifacts, instants should I put? Should I have an equal amount of all types or should I have mostly creatures?

There's no set number, it all depends on your deck. For example, some decks do not have creatures at all.

If you are just starting out, I'd suggest something like:

24 lands
20 creatures
16 instants and enchantments

Try playing with different combinations and see how it works out
