I seriously doubt that you have a link that is offical stating that? I say that because they want to sell boxes of M11 and they make better profits if the don't offer it as a pre-release.

simple. banesalyer is one of the main reason to bother with m11. if you can just do some pre-release / release events to get them why bother buying m11 boosters ?

That was just a personal wish/though on this situation, in my own "benefit", not citing any official or source.

Because... well... lets put it like this, many people are complaining about card pricing, if they havent released Vengeant, Nocturnus, Emrakul... those cards would be higher than they usually are. If they make a promo out of Bane, that would make the card lose its price and somehow regain control over overpriced cards. (like Elspeth is going to be after the release of duel decks)

BUT AGAIN, WoTC are souless and money hungry so that wont happen.

I can tell you right now that Elspeth won't go down if she is reprinted even if there are the deul decks most places are pre-selling the duel deck for 37+ atm.

If they don't she is still a house in extended and worth 30-40 still.

I would agree, but considering how incredibly Mary Sue they're making Vampires I wouldn't be at all surprised.
