Rise of the Eldrazi is part of Zendikar block, which means that it will be part of Zendikar Block Constructed. But it's a large set, which means that it will be drafted on its own; drafts will be either Zendikar-Zendikar-Worldwake or Rise of the Eldrazi-Rise of the Eldrazi-Rise of the Eldrazi.

Wizards Yesterday we revealed the first official spoiler Rise of the Eldrazi. Hours later we received pictures of the art of basic lands.
