    I've said it before and I'll say it again: If you want good rares then buy them. There is no possible way beyond box mapping (which is a waste of time and effort) to ensure good rares in packs. They are random for a reason.

    I'd say the bigger problem is that, since all players want something different out of the game, what counts as a "good rare" varies from player to player. One man's Psychic Intrusion is another man's Thoughtseize.

    I'm not gonna answer, as I find it dirty and dishonest, as well as dumb. Google it if you wanna find out. If you want specific cards then trade or buy. If not then just buy packs and hope for the best.
