Just the same as pulling any Mythic Rare from a given set. But, let's break it down:

A Mythic Rare is found in roughly 1 out of every 8 packs. This is absolutely not a guarantee (how could it be?), but a general probability.

There are 10 Mythic Rares in New Phyrexia, if I'm not mistaken. As such, you have about 1 in 80 chance of pulling Karn. So, if you're buying an entire box of 36 booster packs, your chances of getting Karn are roughlly 45%.
