I think it really depends on your deck what is your deck?

also it depends what format you play, and wichever you pick they should still be good creatures.

these abilitys are realy nice because they protect your creatures to some degree. however protection is not all. some of the best offensive creatures of all times have non of the three but are still better than most creatures that have shroud, indestructable or protection (e.g. tarmogoyf, psychatog etc.)

Wrath of God is always the card of choice against shroud or protection (or the newer Day of Judgment). As for indestructible, Path to Exile, or if you want to go older, Swords to Plowshares.

I like indestructible the most because it prevents my creatures from being destroyed and then I like shroud second best because it prevents my critures from being targetted and the one i least like is protection because it is only from one color and if someone doesnt play that color it doesnt do nothing but indistructible and shroud work against all colors

altough if its protection from everything like with progenitues then thats better then shroud and indestructible

I personally prefer shroud since so much removal these days exiles the creature.

shroud is the supirior protection to indestructable, unless everyone plays cards like wrath of god and no one plays cards like path to exile where you play.

this is what im working on its illegal so you can't play it in a tournament but stuffy doll 0/1 indestructible and damage dealt to it is dealt to an opponant then put pariah's sheild on it which makes any damage dealt to you be dealt to stuffy doll which in turn is dealt to your opponant then put wispersilk cloak on it which gives it shroud i know its alot of work but its possible and another thing i like to do is take platinum angel which makes it so you cant lose the game and your opponent can't win the game then wispersilk cloak on it then aegis angel which makes it indestructable i know all of this isn't neccassary but its fun to piss your opponant off this way... enjoy!!!

How is it illegal? Unless you're talking about a specific format, all cards mentioned are perfectly legal.

Illegal in what format?

Most likely your FNM is running Standard tournaments. Stuffy Doll, Whispersilk Cloak, Pariah's Shield, and Platinum Angel aren't in Standard. But these cards are perfectly legal in Modern tournaments.

ok found out stuffy doll works way better with guilty conscience except i played a reanimate deck and a affinity deck and couldn't ramp my mana fast enough :/
