Is the Zendikar black starter deck any good

It is a good deck. With Zendikar out, vampires are emerging as a elite tribal deck. Malikar(sp) Bloodwitch cause your opponents to lose life for each vampire you control and you gain that much life and it has pro white. The other rare is blood tribute that cost 2 black and four with a kicker of just tapping 1 untapped vampire, and states that target player loses half of his or her life rounded up, and if it was kicked you gain that much life. The card I am gonna mention is in m10 but it creates a I win combo and that card is Sanguine Bond. Black enchantment that for each point of life gained, target opponent loses that much life. Put two and two together and see the combo. I would suggest that the black starter deck is one of if not the best starter deck in zendikar.
