What are the odds of getting a specific rare card from booster in magic?

that depends on how many rares there are in a set. in zendikar for instance there are 53 rares. this means statisticly speaking you will see a specific rare with a chance of 1:60. if there were no mythic rares the chance would be 1:53. since on average every 8th booster will caontain a mythic the chance goes down a little. in bigger sets the chance is obviously lower in smaller set the chance is bigger.
