whats the card that does 3 dmg for 1 red mana, closest I found in gatherer was volcanic hammer but thats 2 red for 3 damage, is there 1 red for 3 dmg?

have you tried searching for cards with converted mana cost of 1 ? there are 4 that can deal damage to creature and player. more that can only do one of the two. also there is Fireblast, Pyrokinesis and Rift Bolt who both have an alternate casting cost allowing you to play them for 1 or less mana.
