how many lands can you play on 1 turn in magic the gathering?

Each turn, you are allowed to play one land.

each of your turns. also you can only play a land in one of your main phases (pre- and post combat) when you have priority (if you never heard of priority dont worry about that right now. i put it here just for sake of completness).

Some cards like Oracle of Mul Daya let you play more lands per turn

also some cards let you put lands into play, for example fetchlands like misty rainforest so again you can end up having played more than 1 land on a turn.

note: with cards like fetchlands or Harrow you can put more than 1 land onto the battlefield in 1 turn but those are put onto the battlefield not played. effects that trigger when you play a land will not trigger for instance. landfall triggers on lands being put onto the battlefield under your control so they trigger.
