if creature with control magic dies, to which graveyard does it go are there rules for this?

yes cards always go to the graveyard of the card owner. so with control magic the creature will go to its original onwners garveyard and the enchantment to your graveyard.

note controler and owner are not neccaceriely the same. the owner of a card is the person who started with it in his deck or sideboard. control of a card is who currently controls the card.

in the abouve example you are controller of both the creature and the control magic but you are only the owner of the control magic unless you stole a creature back with it ^^.
