    Default (1/1 creature) (2 +1/+1 counters)

ok so if i have 2 +1/+1 counters that i can put on my creatures but I only have 1 creature so i'll put it on the same creature

are the counters cumuliulative and the creature will be 3/3 creature now or will it be only 2/2 creature cuz its the same counter twice

The creature will become +3/+3. The counters are cumulative and will give stacking bonuses. It's why cards like Doubling Season exist (abilities that create counters/tokens create double that amount).

On a side note, -1/-1 counters and +1/+1 counters will cancel each other out.
