yes and no. some commons are a lot more powerful than most rares. generaly speaking the poweful cards will be spread out between commons, uncommons and rares. however rares usualy get teh biggest share.

personaly i think V:tes is a better game than M:tg ... richard garfild who created both agreed with me on that in an interview back in '96 ... funny eh ?
