Do I lose the game if I have to discard cards from my hand but dont have any cards left in my hand?

Discarding from the hand alone won't knock you out of the game. If you are out of cards, it just means you have no cards in hand. Some deck designs will encounter this early on when mana and cards are a bit scarce.

There is only one thing in game, your library, that when it hits zero, you lose. It is only when you cannot draw any more cards that you lose.

i feel i should clarify this a bit further. haveing no more cards in your library does not loose you the game. if you have to draw (not search you library for or anything like that. it has to be a draw effect) a card but can not because there are no more cards in your library, then you loose the game.
