That information is very hard to come by, and most dealers won't give it out. Also, Wizards doesn't sell individual boosters. The sell them by the case and pallet. (A case is 6 Booster Boxes consisting of 36 boosters each.)

That being said... from some pricing that I've heard and estimated (prices of cases) I believe that a booster costs about $2 (~$1.97) before markup.

That doesn't take in to account overhead and other store costs. Stores have a base price higher than that to cover rent, bills, and employee pay. Also you have to be a dealer and have special direct access to WoTC to get that price, and not everybody (not even a lot of game stores) have direct access to buy from WoTC.

If you are wanting to know, how much does it cost wizards to make a single card... it's probably $0.10 or less to make a single card.
