Okay. So you got two 5/5s dealing damage to each other. The shroud 5/5 deals 5 to the indestructible, the indestructible 5/5 deals 5 to the shroud. State-based actions are checked, see the shroud 5/5 with 5 damage on it, and it dies. They also se ethe indestructible 5/5 with 5 damage, but since it's indestructible, nothing happens to it.
