Exactly the way it says. As long as it's in play, if you would win the game, you don't. And if any of your opponents would lose the game, they don't.
so why would I wanna play it :confused:
Because it's a huge cheap flying beatstick. And once your opponent is at 0 or less, you can easily get rid of it in one of many, many ways. Anything that allows you to sacrifice a creature will do the job.
