how does paradox haze work
You know the upkeep step, the one after you untap but before you draw? The player enchanted by Paradox Haze gets two of them. Normally that doesn't matter, but for anything that triggers at the beginning of the upkeep it can make a difference.

No. You draw during your draw step, not your upkeep.
