    do tokens go to exile zone when they get killed instead of graveyard?

    No. First they go to the graveyard, triggering any relevant abilities, then they cease to exist entirely.

    its what many people i know call "they touch the grave" since they are put into grave but do not remain there for any mesureable time ...

    If I have a Thopter Foundry (with a Sword of the Meek and a Time Sieve too, OF COURSE) out and a bunch of the Thopter creatures die, will they go to the graveyard and can I make an opponent loose a life for each time one of them "touches the grave" with Disciple of the Vault? Because I keep having this argument with someone...

    Yes. Exactly the same situation - tokens hit the graveyard just long enough to trigger any relevant abilities, then cease to exist.
