    Default can i cast enchantments on a creature with shroud

    can i cast enchantments on a creature with shroud? Because someone here said that you cant only if it says "target" but someone else here said that you cant all enchantments

    Auras do target (the rules for them do include the word "target"). However, they only target when you play them normally. So if you play an Aura from your hand like normal, it can't go on a creature with shroud. However, if you put them into play through some other means (like Retether), then they can go on a creature with shroud.
