    You remove them from game. An indestructible creature is safe from combat damage and direct damage but not from removal I do believe...you could use Sandblast on an indestructible creature...indestructible was big with Fifth Dawn which was big on indestructible artifacts...and lets not forget Indestructibility from M10...

    Indestructibility prevents the creature from being destroyed. That means two things - lethal damage has no effect on it, and any effect that says "destroy", well, won't. Anything else - sacrificing, exiling, countering and whatnot - will still work fine against it.
    Fluttershy is best pony.
