Mana Clash by opponent and Sylvan Echoes

If my opponent casts Mana Clash and I win, will I draw a card from Sylvan Echoes

even though Sylvan Echoes says:

"If you win a clash initiated by a spell or ability an opponent controls, the ability will still trigger"

the rules for mana clash say

"This card's coin flip has no winner or loser."

I mean Mana Clash isn't clashing, and therefore won't trigger anything that triggers off of clashing.

Clash is a specific ability in the rules of the game, Mana Clash was made long before Clash was created and has nothing to do with it.
