    If you have something that lets you, yes. But you can't use the equip ability to put it on an opponent's creature, since the equip ability's targeting restriction is a "creature you control".

    ...but there are creatures out there where their ability states that they cannot be equipped...if I had creatures and equipment in a deck, why would I not want to equip them?...that must mean that your opponents aren't able to equip those creatures with equipment that will mess them up...if that isn't the case, than that is a pointless ability for a creature to have...
