It works exactly the same as it does in a regular game. For a refresher, here's the summoning sickness rule:

    Summoning Sickness Rule
Informal term for a player’s inability to attack with a creature or to activate its abilities that include the tap
symbol or the untap symbol unless the creature has been under that player’s control since the beginning of
that player’s most recent turn. See rule 302.6. See also Haste.
If a game has more players, that simply means that it will be a longer period of time before your next turn to start, which is when summoning sickness will "go away."

    Here's an example:

In a 2-player game, Player A casts a Llanowar Elves from his hand on their first turn. Since it doesn't have haste, it can't attack or use its mana ability on that same turn. Player B takes their turn, and the Llanowar Elves still can't use their ability, because they have not controlled them since the start of their most recent turn. Now, once Player A's next turn begins, their Llanowar Elves will be able to attack or use its mana ability, since at that point they have controlled it continuously since the start of their most recent turn.

Now, make it a 6-player game instead. The point when summoning sickness ends doesn't change -- only the amount of turns you have to wait changes:

Just like before, Player A casts Llanowar Elves, which is unable to attack or use its mana ability due to summoning sickness. Then, Players B, C, D, E, and F each take their turns. Player A's Llanowar Elves will be able to attack or use its mana ability when it's his turn again, since he hasn't controlled the elves long enough until his turn starts with them under his control.

To be clear: nothing is different about these two answers, except for the 4 extra players' turns that have to finish before Player A goes again.
