    If one of its colours is black, then it's black.

    If black is one of its colors, then yes, of course.

    For example, Sliver Queen is all five colors, which includes black. It cannot be targeted by Terror (as it is not a nonblack creature), and it is affected by Bad Moon (as it is a black creature). I hope this clears it up!
