That depends on what you mean by that.

if you are talking about in beginning of the game when you draw a hand and don't like it, then you can take a mulligan and reshuffle your library draw one less card and you can keep repeating this process but each time you will be drawing one less card

like the first time you mulligan you draw 6 cards
and then you draw 5 cards if you mulligan again
and if you mulligan again you draw 4 cards
and so on but like when you get to drawing one card there is no point of mulliganing again cuz then you don't draw at all lol

so I think once you are down to initial hand of 4 cards you should just play and hope for the best (or concede lol)
