Do keep in mind, of course, that casting it first is not required. If Increasing Savagery ends up going to your graveyard for any reason (discarded from your hand by a spell/ability, sent from your library to the graveyard), you can then cast it for its flashback cost. Remember, it's a sorcery, so it can only be cast (including for its flashback) during your own turn.
