No. A spell that's countered never resolves, and a creature spell that never resolves doesn't enter the battlefield.

They can, but it won't stop you from drawing the cards.

Yes, but again, that doesn't stop you from drawing.

because i know if my friend attacks me with a creature and i lightning bolt it before it does damage then it doesnt do dmg to me

why is it different here if creature is not in battlefield anymore why do i still draw cards?

Because attacking works completely differently. Combat consists of several steps, the important ones being declare attackers, declare blockers, and combat damage. If an attacker isn't there when the combat damage step arrives, it won't deal its damage. Triggered abilities are completely different things. Once they're on the stack, they're independant of the source.
