For each creature in play, count the number of creatures in play that share at least one creature type with it. That creature gets +1/+1 for each of those creatures.

For example, I control a Viashino Warrior, two Viashino Shamans, and a Human Shaman. You control two Human Soldiers, a Bird Soldier, and a Bird Warrior. The creatures get:
Viashino Warrior - +3/+3 (Viashino Shaman, Viashino Shaman, Bird Warrior).
Each Viashino Shaman - +3/+3 (Viashino Warrior, Viashino Shaman, Human Shaman).
Human Shaman - +4/+4 (Viashino Shaman, Viashino Shaman, Human Soldier, Human Soldier).
Each Human Soldier - +3/+3 (Human Shaman, Human Soldier, Bird Soldier).
Bird Soldier - +3/+3 (Human Soldier, Human Soldier, Bird Warrior).
Bird Warrior - +2/+2 (Viashino Warrior, Bird Soldier).
