Shroud meens u can't target so if card sayz target creeture it won't work against creature with shroud but spell like wrath of god works against creature with shroud cuz it doesn't target

yeah like if something says destroy all creatures it will destroy creature with shroud also but if it says destroy target creature it will not destroy creature with shroud becaus creature with shroud cannot be targeted
