    Exactly the way it's written on the card. Whenever a land comes into play under your control, the effect on the card triggers.

    And before it's asked it happens each time a land comes into play so if you fetch land then bring in the land from the fetch you get 2x landfall.

    also it doesnt happen only when u play land from your hand but also when land comes into play like with a fetchland or sumthing

    No. Changing controllers doesn't cause something to leave or come into play.
