chancellor and reveal card abilities magic trigger ability?

if other player targets me with Aven Windreader and I reveal the top card of my library which happens to be one of the chancellors from new phyrexia, do i get its ability?

The Chancellors only work if you reveal one from your opening hand before the game starts. Revealing it from anywhere else at any other time won't get you the ability.
