Nope. The activation cost of Nantuko Disciple's activated ability is "G, tap".

This means, for each separate activation of the ability, you must be able to pay G and tap Nantuko Disciple.

So, you can activate its ability multiple times in a turn -- if you can find a way to untap Disciple after the first activation.
