if you ment to say "hand" instead of "card" than it depends. in tournaments you just take the normal mulligan (a new hand) with one card fewer. in casual it depends on how your play group handle it. in most places you just draw a new hand of 7 cards.

if you realy ment to say card than i can not agree more with arix and on top of that would like to say that your question has no content almost bordering spaming ^^

ok now you got me even more confused ? what do you mean by draw library ? do you mean the cards you draw at the beginning of the game ? they are called your "starting hand".

yea you prolly mean hand

hand is the cards you have in your hand so at beginning of game you draw 7 carsd to your hand. If you dont have lands or dont like the hand for other reason you can shuffle the cards back and draw 1 less card this time (so draw 6 cards instead of 7) and repeat the process until either you get a hand you like or you are stuck with a starting hand of 1 (because every time you do it you draw one less). This whole redrawing thing is called mulligan.

library is your deck basically its the cards you still havent drawn
