What do you mean by "work with"? Spirits have no special rules meaning. If you're referring to various Kamigawa cards that say "Whenever you play a Spirit (or Arcane) spell...", then yes, they'll trigger when you play a changeling, since changelings count as spirits. If you're referring to the ability soulshift, then yes, you can get a changeling back (again, because they are Spirits).
