Can you use tapping ability if you have summoning sicknes?

If it contains the actual tap symbol, no. Otherwise, yes. For example, you can't activate Disruptive Pitmage's ability if it has summoning sickness, but you can tap it to Patron Wizard's ability. You can also tap Patron Wizard to its own ability while it's summoning sick.
