Do you Draw a new hand when you run out of cards??

When you run out of cards in your hand you do not draw a new hand, you just get the 1 card you draw at the begining of turn from now on.

Side note if you run out of cards in your library I believe you lose because drawing a card if I was taught right is a requirement.

that is correct. what i like to emphasise here is that you do not loose if you have no cards in your library. you loose the game if you would have to draw a card from your library but can not because there are non left.
