does shrouded creature residing in graveyard realize that it has shroud? magic

if i have a kalonian behemoth in the graveyard and someone casts rise from the grave to try and steal it does the behemoth know it has shroud and refuse to go to the battlefield or is it that because its dead it does not know it has shroud and will go back to the battlefield and only then learn it has shroud but it will be too late?

A permanent doesn't have any abilities in the graveyard (unless it says otherwise), shroud won't really take effect until the creature hits play. So once Rise from the grave is cast and resolves choosing the behemoth, shroud will work once the creature hits play.

ok tnx also does creature remember it used to be on the battlefield before, and so it does not have summoning sickness, or does it forget it was on battlefield and so it does have summoning sickness?

A creature is affected by summoning sickness unless you've controlled it continuously since the start of your turn.
