will ability of Ajani Goldmane still counter terra stomper even though it cannot be countered, because its a planeswalker countering it? and if it deosnt counter it will it still get vigilence?

You're getting your definitions confused here. Terra Stomper uses "counter" as a verb, which means its referring to cards like Cancel (to counter a spell means to remove it from the stack and put it into its owner's graveyard). Ajani Goldmane never counters anything.
