    Default Zombie Infestation magic discard one card for a 1/1 creature token?

    If I have Zombie Infestation and I have only one card in my hand, can I discard it for a 1/1 zombie token?

    No. You can either discard two cards and get a 2/2 token zombie, or you can do nothing
