I...don't think you understand how sideboarding works.

Your sideboard is a group of cards that you can swap in and out of your deck in between games.

you can only sacrifice the same creature once and after that its gone to graveyard

but if you have different creatures you can sacrifice more then once per turn if a costs/abilitys/effects tells you so
