    Default Reviving Vapors reveal top 3 cards of your library rulings mtg

    can I cast reviving vapors with only one card in my hand? or do I lose the game if I do so?

    And would the card go to my hand or graveyard or who decides?

    You'll reveal that card, gain life equal to its converted mana cost, and put it into your hand.
