    Default Haazda Shield Mate i activate ability twice beginining upkeep dont need to sac? mtg

    in my begining of upkeep i pay WW to activate ability of Haazda Shield Mate twice so I dont need to sacrifice it?

    Nope. You have to pay WW specifically to avoid sacrificing it - it isn't satisfied with just paying WW to activate an ability.
