does foil spell count against 4 spell limit in deck

if i have 4 counterspells and 1 foil counterspell can I put all 5 of them in a deck or is the foil counted against the max copies of counterspell even though it is different?

It is the total number of cards with the Same Name, So the limit remains 4, even with the foil. However, there are cards out there with similar (or the same) effects, it is simply a matter of finding them and putting them into the deck

For example, you can have 4 Journey to Nowhere (X foil) and 4 Oblivion Rings but you could not have 5 Journey to Nowhere (4 being regular and 1 being foil).

it also does not matter what langue the card is. 4 of any specific english name. so you can only play 4 counterspell even if one is english one is german one is french and one is korean.
