No. Only a mythic counts as a mythic.

also if u r asking about this so u know how many you can include in your deck then just so you know theres no limit on how many mythic rares or foil rares or whatever rare you can put in your library. rarity has nothing to do with card limits for library. you can put 4 cards of each, and any number of basic lands.

(cuz some people think that you can only have one mythic rare in your deck or something so wanna make sure that thats not the case)

To expand a bit more, keep in mind that rarity has absolutely no meaning as far as the rules are concerned.
