Am I allowed to shuffle my hand whenever I want? (Not talking about shuffling into the library, just changing the order of how I am holding the cards)

For example if someone plays the ability of a Aven Windreader and sees my top library card, then I draw that card can I shuffle my hand so other player cant track where that card is?
